Salary and skills development as a fresher

Dislikes

Arrogant team leader, Irresponsible towards projects, I have to say this that the one owner is very much responsible and do the work in proper manner and the other one is just so lame towards the work and I have heard that whenever any person leave the company they don't believe in maintaining relations. Apart from this working in this company as a fresher gives me chance to enhance my skills and knowledge. So I learnt much in this company but yes this is the same situation of every other company

Not sure about the Current Situation. You can learn from your own curiosity and skill to learn from the Internet. You can get the task to work on the live site too soon, which is good (as per me).

Dislikes

Don't know about the Current Situation. Less Public Holidays, No Paid Leaves, No Sick Leaves, No Casual Leaves. 6 working days, More working hours of the day, Old systems, No other skill training, Less Interaction with Leads and Owners.
