No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Birlasoft is an established company with good payouts as well. they have a mediocre office but the ambience is good. they pay good salaries.

Dislikes

Don't fall for likes... it has more dislikes than likes - they are dependent on huge billers - lack of innovation - they are still using archeological technologies - lack of opportunities.. once you are on bench... you are done - work from home is only granted to employees who are in projects (mercy of manager) - Zero appraisal don't expect it even if you worked hard for the project. - Good work is not appreciated here choose a different company.

The salary wise it's good. But only the starting salary that you getting not the hike.

Lot of cons: 3% annual increment, too much politics from the management, No value of the resources, Reimbursement process are late, HRs have mountainous attitude, Only Telegu people in Hyd office, No personal growth, Strict hours monitoring, 1 hour break max., Etc..

No salary for the tenure employee with them 6.hitloristic attitude towards employee who leftover organisation point-3 considered as absconding. 7. No it-projects in banglore loc it's completely bench hire. 8. It's to just grab customers attention by showing branches worldwide.9. Fake company in Bangalore which doesn't follow basic humanity towards it's employees 10. It's not for developer it's just for BPO. 11.
