Poor compensation, work life balance is nil, they only care about their work, they will pull you to work even if you are dying. No respect for you. They hired fresher's so that they can cut cost even though they have enough money but they are greedy. Flattering adulation is very important there.

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

The salary wise it's good. But only the starting salary that you getting not the hike.

Lot of cons: 3% annual increment, too much politics from the management, No value of the resources, Reimbursement process are late, HRs have mountainous attitude, Only Telegu people in Hyd office, No personal growth, Strict hours monitoring, 1 hour break max., Etc..
