No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.
Lot of cons:
3% annual increment,
too much politics from the management,
No value of the resources,
Reimbursement process are late,
HRs have mountainous attitude,
Only Telegu people in Hyd office,
No personal growth,
Strict hours monitoring,
1 hour break max.,
Etc..

...achable 2.no team 3.no voluntarily resignation acceptance 4. No early release 5. No salary for the tenure employee with them 6.hitloristic attitude towards employee who leftover organisation point-3 considered as absconding. 7. No it-projects in banglore loc it's completely bench hire. 8. It's to just grab customers attention by showing branches worldwide.9. Fake company in Bangalore which doesn't follow basic humanity towards it's employees 10. It's not for developer it's just for BPO. 11. Who the hell given it public sector company authority I have to meet him. 12. What u more expect f***.

Shift allowance.
Dislikes
Management is biased towards regional employees.
Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%.
I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front.
Environment is not competitive but rather toxic.
Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work.
For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.
