Company docks pay for taking a sick leave. Management does not honour work timings. Compensation is only negotiated at time of joining. No team building activities or budget. Higher management uses employees as use and throw, once tasks are done no appreciation or compensation is provided. Many false promises are made. Company charges employees from salary for using company transport and for parking.

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

... or bagging more project based on current. The team never gets compensated well. Earlier cycle was from April then july now we would get increments in Nov salary so its really demotivating.

1. Salary- They use to bill the vendors on high price but don't give the hike accordingly to the resources. 2. No Job Security since they don't have much projects. 3. If you are working from client site then your manager will only send the messages on watsapp. No Communication with employees

...y. I worked here for 1.5 yrs. There is simply no learning at all. Repeated work. My salary went on hold for a month and I had to write a lot emails to management to get it released. Pathetic management people. ***IF YOU JOIN BIRLASOFT, MAKE SURE TO RUIN YOUR YEARS HERE***. No growth, no learning, sometimes they will call you in off duty hours. The management people are so pathetic here. It is not only my experience, but my friends who have left and working here have the same thought as that of mine for Birlasoft.
