...of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency.
There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing.
It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time
Don't fall for likes... it has more dislikes than likes
- they are dependent on huge billers
- lack of innovation
- they are still using archeological technologies
- lack of opportunities.. once you are on bench... you are done
- work from home is only granted to employees who are in projects (mercy of manager)
- Zero appraisal don't expect it even if you worked hard for the project.
- Good work is not appreciated here choose a different company.
... Hybrid working model.
3:- This time when big MNC's are holding appraisal cycle. Birlasoft released the letter and revised the compensation.
4:- Apart from work you can pursue other platforms as well. (Volunteering).
5:- CEO change impact is awaited
Initial compensation is as per market standards.
Shift allowance.
Dislikes
Management is biased towards regional employees.
Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%.
I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front.
Environment is not competitive but rather toxic.
Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work.
For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.
