Job security is there. Work culture is ok. Company policies are ok. Seniors are very good, polite and helpful.

Dislikes

Pay scale compensation is very less for software developer and senior software developer. It is very less as compared to the industry standards.

Wages on time and sometimes company is helpful in providing advance salary if needed.

Dislikes

To be honest I found skills don’t matter for company that much but how close you are with the managers that matters the most. In the yearly performance assessments it can be seen clearly how non performer gets the good raise and good employees are put down

...y. I worked here for 1.5 yrs. There is simply no learning at all. Repeated work. My salary went on hold for a month and I had to write a lot emails to management to get it released. Pathetic management people. ***IF YOU JOIN BIRLASOFT, MAKE SURE TO RUIN YOUR YEARS HERE***. No growth, no learning, sometimes they will call you in off duty hours. The management people are so pathetic here. It is not only my experience, but my friends who have left and working here have the same thought as that of mine for Birlasoft.

We all employees from various background, experience, State, etc work in good team spirit and always try to give best to the client / projects. Few higher managers are really friendly and helping in nature.

Dislikes

... enjoy good benefits, he or she has to be in good books of the project managers. No good salary and grade hikes.

You will get descent benefits and salary when you have hired.timing are flexible but also depends upon the project which you are going to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is all depends upon the project but some project having very bad work life balance. Appraisals are worst either you are doing best or you are exceptionally good .
