...pressure. No monetary benefits, no worklife balance. Nothing to highlight here. Salary is getting on time but not what they have promised. TA +DA is so poor compared to competition brands.

There is no proper management, because it's been a lot of still of time still there is unavailability of the complete skus of single product, the product which dealers want it's not available, higher level management tell the dealers not to carry stock more than a week then they prepare schemes which will block there inventory, don't know what will happen to this company, I am a fresher still trying to cope up just to gain some experience selling products with incomplete skus ( iska ye base nhin toh uska woh base nhin he) still hoping to switch to a company who is market leader.

1. There is literally no work life balance in this company. 2. They deduct everything in your full and final settlement including your variable pay which is mentioned in your CTC, Sales incentive and also they deduct full month's salary if you do not serve 90 days notice period. 3. Management is not good. 4. Unethical pressure to ground level staffs. 5. Avoid this company if you are an experienced candidate.

Many basic startup issues, not everything is sorted here, you are responsible for everything from 0 to 100 there is no proper support in any escalations. Employees of the company like aditya Birla shall not face such challanges which they are facing now, people join people leave , again join and leave. Company is very much focus on business then employees stability.
