Bioxcel is good company but managers are not good they screwing the employees and CEO and Senior mgmt. don't take any feedback from employees in anonymous way. Many employees complaint even leave the company due to bad managers but still no effect on management.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure HR not listening and taking feedbacks from employee and friendly with managers to create bureaucratic environment CEO praise manager as one man army who is doing nothing whole day but playing stocks or doing real estate business. Get active US times and remain unavailable whole day Screwing employees like animals and using dirty language while talking very bad culture non employee friendly
