... do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. No overtime compensation is there. No good food. If you are having good experience and are manager candidate then BE is specially chill place to work. One should join BE after becoming manager.

I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it’s been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. Here Co-worker & shift Incharges are fully selfish they will carry every information to manager for promotion or better increment. Each and every operation what ever we write in the document we have to ask several times other wise if mistake happen no one can save you.

No bonus Worst work culture in microbiology dept. Even though when there isn't any work they ask you to come and the worst part is they won't give OT or comp off. If u take a leave in a week that they will consider as week off and there will be no week off in that week. Microbiology managers are psychos
