One of them is that there aren’t a lot of paths upward in the company. I’m looking for an opportunity to grow, and I feel I’ve reached a ceiling at my current job.”

Here Co-worker & shift Incharges are fully selfish they will carry every information to manager for promotion or better increment. Each and every operation what ever we write in the document we have to ask several times other wise if mistake happen no one can save you.
