There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

... do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. No overtime compensation is there. No good food. If you are having good experience and are manager candidate then BE is specially chill place to work. One should join BE after becoming manager.

I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it’s been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though.
