Incentive structure are good. Provide very good incentive for FIELD worker. Not to the managers. For managers it is very poor.

De-growing company. Poor salary. FIELD worker are not positive. No new product. Upper managers are not co cooperative. Bad company for work..

Need not worry about your job security. Health insurance for your family is covered and other salary benefits are included.

Your work life balance will be disturbed if you're from out of station if you work in production department.

... do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. No overtime compensation is there. No good food. If you are having good experience and are manager candidate then BE is specially chill place to work. One should join BE after becoming manager.

I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it’s been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there aren’t a lot of paths upward in the company. I’m looking for an opportunity to grow, and I feel I’ve reached a ceiling at my current job.”
