I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it’s been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there aren’t a lot of paths upward in the company. I’m looking for an opportunity to grow, and I feel I’ve reached a ceiling at my current job.”

...many OT's like other companies. We get sufficient time for spending with family. We can get salary on time.

Here Co-worker & shift Incharges are fully selfish they will carry every information to manager for promotion or better increment. Each and every operation what ever we write in the document we have to ask several times other wise if mistake happen no one can save you.

...of work culture Insane shift scheduling Doesn't feel like working in a R&D lab Lot of deductions from salary PS: this is based on one particular team I'm working with. There could be some other teams with a better work culture too.
