The colleagues are friendly and extrovert. You can expect respectful treatment from them. Even a few managers are honest, friendly, and considerate. The company is struggling financially for now; however, the founder has promised that it will recover soon from this problem. The people are highly active and will motivate you to do more. You also receive instant appreciation from your manager after giving a good suggestion or idea. Your words will be valued and your managers will most likely ask you to implement your thoughts in action, which helps to build self-confidence.

Currently, the salary is being delayed for the past 2-3 months. Employees are receiving partial salary of a month after two months. It has become challenging to manage daily expenses, especially when presence in office is mandatory for a few days. Once this gets resolved, everything should come back to normal. I hope it happens soon.
