The colleagues are friendly and extrovert. You can expect respectful treatment from them. Even a few managers are honest, friendly, and considerate. The company is struggling financially for now; however, the founder has promised that it will recover soon from this problem. The people are highly active and will motivate you to do more. You also receive instant appreciation from your manager after giving a good suggestion or idea. Your words will be valued and your managers will most likely ask you to implement your thoughts in action, which helps to build self-confidence.

Dislikes

Currently, the salary is being delayed for the past 2-3 months. Employees are receiving partial salary of a month after two months. It has become challenging to manage daily expenses, especially when presence in office is mandatory for a few days. Once this gets resolved, everything should come back to normal. I hope it happens soon.

Joined as a fresher, learned so many things. I was a part of the many projects that were delivered to the client successfully. Great learning for me!

Delayed Salaries not in days it's in months, you will get your 1st month salary in 3rd month(that too not sure as no one have no idea about the salaries there they only wants work from you) NO APPRAISALS, NO APPRECIATIONS, RUDE MANAGEMENT,

No Work culture, Abusive languages use by upper management, not paid on time 3-3 month delayed in salary, there is No appraisals, No Promotion, No Appreciation, Worst Office Culture.

Long list ... - Toxic culture - Not Credit salary on time (delay 3-3 months) - No appraisals from last 3 years - PF deducted but not deposit from last April 2023 to till today - Same thing with our tax
