The company is struggling financially for now; however, the founder has promised that it will recover soon from this problem. The people are highly active and will motivate you to do more. Currently, the salary is being delayed for the past 2-3 months. Employees are receiving partial salary of a month after two months. It has become challenging to manage daily expenses, especially when presence in office is mandatory for a few days. Once this gets resolved, everything should come back to normal. I hope it happens soon.

Delayed Salaries not in days it's in months, you will get your 1st month salary in 3rd month(that too not sure as no one have no idea about the salaries there they only wants work from you) NO APPRAISALS, NO APPRECIATIONS, RUDE MANAGEMENT,

Long list ... - Toxic culture - Not Credit salary on time (delay 3-3 months) - No appraisals from last 3 years - PF deducted but not deposit from last April 2023 to till today - Same thing with our tax
