Policies regarding flexible work timings.

Dislikes

Never recognise the people who work smartly and gives better outputs. There is no salary standards and more there is huge difference in the salary package. Most important thing is that they never bother to normalise the salary as per current market.

I like flexibility in some manners. Infrastructure is good, area facility is very good. Biocon park campus is very nice atmosphere is good. Security guards are very good.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Food. Bonus system. For extra time there is no competition. Increament and appraisal very less. Tamil politics. So much favoritism for tamil people.

Medical team has good managers. They were understanding, helpful and looked out for us properly.

Dislikes

...rt the medical field, but neglected it. If you compare them to Bayer, IQVIA, Dr. Reddy's and other MNC's, the pay is both poor and the financial support not deserving of a masters graduate.

Good work environment and team members are supportive balance the work place.company policy good transportation and flexible work timings appraisal salary hike and bonus every years good.

Growth is slow long years employees suffer in increments.politics more and more

...or more than 2 year, appraisal not happening. Food quality is bad, making ill. Bad management, no HR support, full of politics, low pay, more work with limited resources. Paid transport
