...company is. They then forced me to resign, claiming they couldn't pay employees. Despite promising to settle my pending September 2024 salary in 60 days, they now blame the client for non-payment and keep delaying without accountability. Such treatment of employees is unacceptable. Highly disappointed-would never recommend anyone to join this company!
... 2 years of your life under such a company without any good mentors or projects. Still I have seen freshers putting in their best work working even on weekends but at the end they recieve no pay raise, recognition or any extra benefits, and also get scolding for not completing 9 hours in office. They only loot the clients and give them extremely poor service, many of them have written about it in their google reviews also, you can read the latest reviews and decide yourself. Do not join this company in any case, they will make you cry and still not settle your last dues or salary (you can read about it in google reviews).
...any has given me WFH which allows me to easily take care of my family and child. Flexible work timings help me plan my day in accordingly and the salary is always on time.
...year, and I want to share my experience. Binmile seems to be nothing but a scam. They hire freshers, provide 6 months of training with a salary of 15k, and then switch them to full-time. No issues so far. However, the process of hiring freshers involves 7 rounds, and once hired, they treat you as if you don't know anything. Managers impose their authority on juniors, creating an environment where you feel like you don't contribute to the team. Even if you've selected only 3 out of 100, they make you doubt your skills by repeatedly triggering you. It's like being chased by Tom in Tom and Jerry, and the selected few are constantly made to feel uncertain about their abilities. For all ServiceNow developers .
Now, the question arises, why aren't we leaving the company? Well, they initially make you sign a 2-year bond, and when you think about leaving, they claim training cost was 1 lakh, which you have to pay apart from the bond. It's a significant amount for everyone, making it challenging to leave.
Managers themselves lack knowledge; they resort to searching on Greeks for Geeks. If you don't know something, why ask questions you can't answer? Besides, apart from ITSM, they don't know much. They dominate in training, where we are supposed to learn. Talking about work ethics, they need to improve themselves first.
Regarding complaints, when raised in meetings, it seems like it never reaches the higher-ups. I have proof, so no one can say it's fake. Improve your work ethics first. As for the experience, they are hiring based on criteria, and even experienced candidates don't fit because only ITSM knowledge is considered. They are hiring "experiences" just for the sake of it, regardless of whether they truly have the required expertise.
I've had a mixed experience working at Binmile, but there are a couple of aspects that I appreciate. Firstly, when you're assigned to a project, you truly feel valued and recognized within the company. It's a great feeling to know that your contributions are making a tangible impact.
Another positive aspect is the opportunity for knowledge growth, particularly in the QA role. I've had the chance to develop my skills and expertise in quality assurance, which has been beneficial for my professional development. The company provides a supportive environment for learning and growth, which is something I appreciate.
...security is non-existent, with abrupt terminations ("don't come from tomorrow").
- Salary payments are unpredictable and lack a fixed schedule.
- Poor management practices and decisions.
- Lack of adherence to established rules and policies, with frequent changes.
