Company Culture. The mindset over there is very defensive. People are not open for new challenges. HR thinks themselves as teacher. No proper hardware for developers. Although a remote company they don't provide any remote office setup gears. The culture over there needs major change

Decent pay, no any other benefits as such like wfh allowance, good accessories.

Dislikes

Too much Micromanagement, depends on project but you have to update work report with hours everyday which kind of hectic. Overall other things are still good and can be more better.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I had worked there about the 2 years and discussed with a few other team members, they looks be satisfied with all kind of compensation and salary. HR team is very helpful and they do amazing JOB. Appraisals & Increments: Good. Surprising, I got my appraisal in April 2020 where many companies were doing layoff because of COVID-19 Working, Professional Growth, and Learning: Liked it. Best Part of Company. BigStep does work on the latest technologies like MERN, MEAN, IOS, Android, RPA, Cloud. They do many knowledge-sharing sessions to improve the career technical growth of employees. Work Environment: Everyone is Open for Feedback. They can contact any time with HR, Founders, Managers. The culture is very good here. Friendly environment.

Software tools: Company should start to use few more software tools. However, they are already doing many. Open Source: Company should contribute as Open Source projects.
