There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.

...r of tickets and ask to maintain around 17 parameters such as aht, quality etc.. The salary is very less and we can rarely see hikes. Just like daily wage ppl they increase 500 to 1000rs per annum.

...y will change the HR policies without prior intimation as per their requirement. Payscale is way too less.

Pay is less. No stable policies. They does not motivate to get the performance done.. Management is behind cost cutting

I'm still working in bigbasket.as mah point of view no growth in this company...also after given lots of effort in work but there is no salary appraisal..no satisfied to work here..plz dont join..m still looking forward for another job right now.
