Training is good but there is sky and land difference between what they train and what they expect in operations

There is a lot to improve in terms of manpower management and operations Hiring of associat is just in and out no one wants to work in such a low salary and huge pressure. Just a logo of TATA no management. Manpower turn over is very bad. And there is a lot to tell which I can't write on post all scam going behind the scene.

Dis likes bigbasket work only paper work is good . Mujhe last time tak nhi batya gya ki allahabad bigbasket band ho raha h aur phir ek din sabko baitha ke rejoin Accha tha ab tak ka phle bar accident , berojgari ke wakt me 1month ki salary de kar bahar wha aur to aur agr kise district me job nikalti bhi h to purane ladko ko manager lega hi nhi . Phir bhi maine Bigbasket ka namk khaya h jab tak job tha sab accha tha lakin ab nhi. Mera kam bhi accha tha.

Company were you can Learn a lot, Do some crazy stuff on your own, and Grow. Growth is slow but I have seen people growing.

Compensation is very poor. Usually half of what your competitor is offering. Office infra is poor

Companies policies is good, salary always comes on time. Have a chance to learn sales and marketing in business to customer

Top management asked to work on holiday. And nothing extra is being paid for that. Nor even they compensate this on normal days.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
