Good learning opportunities, cooperative environment at ground level, good for only 6-8 months experience

So much Salary deduction like unethical attendance allowance, forcefully Overtime, late increment, salary after 50 days later , salary discrimination on gender basis, officer in production treated like workers for sending samples, finding fitters, cleaning tanks etc, 1 hour late bus service, worst safety department they don't care production officer safeties, blame game mostly, Managers not giving you leave without medical prescription, Canteen owner treated employees as a beggar, No job security after 6 month they bring detention list of candidates without reasons they dump you.

Dur to shortage of manpower no weekly off, and work pressure is high,

...opment & skill development. Compony provide good facilities for all employees. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike & bonus every year Proper training given to each employee.

Working hours depends on work load. There is a lot of politics.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
