1. Very low salary, less than 10K. 2. Long working hours. 3. They force you to stay at office late night won't allow you go home until you don't finish work. 4. No work life balance 5. Hire and fire policy no job security they can fire you anytime. 6. They trap you in 18 months bond and force you to work like slave, if anyhow you break bond they threath you file case against you,ask 2Lac as penalty and my lawyer will talk to you. 7. Sourav kapoor is worst person I have ever seen in my life,he has no humanity and when I was working he forced to work a pregnant lady didn't give her leave such a rubbish person. 8. Freshers don't join this company this man will ruin your life. They don't even provide you good training.

1. Extremely worst for the FRESHERS. 2. Absolutely NO Job Security. 3. Salary Detection without any proper reason. 4. No end timing specially for the Developer. 5. Mentally torture has to face. 6. Restricted and Limited internet access (around 700mb per day) 7. Work satisfaction is negligible. 8. I will rate 0 out of 5 but Zero rating is not available.

... ever join this company. They follow hire and fire policy. Salaries are delayed. Variable pay are deducted as and when they feel.Toxic work culture. Management keep poking their nose in every smallest issue. Micromanagement. Terrible place to work.

The company didnot have anything to to be liked as the startup did terminated all the freshers from company within just 2 weeks.

The company's work culture was just below worst, useless hardwork was there and even salary status and learning environment was not there.
