When you resign, they will plot against you and try as much as possible to stop your full and final settlement amount. Cunning people in specially accounts department will try everything possible to stop your last salary and dragging you to your limits. They will never give proper documents related to your employment. When people abscond seeing the work culture, they call and threaten with police complaints.

Must open store sutter early, close lately. Must sell all the accessories, insurance, TV, sound bar, demos, etc. Insurance is the Biggest SCAM. Must leave family on festival times, some times open till 12 am midnight if any new product launch. Salary is below 20k. There's no shifts. I'm pleasure to work for Big C Mobiles. And I am proud to say I am a bigcian. Big C Mobiles always maintain a good product quality and good service to the people. Big C treats well. Importantly Big C provides good security for lady employees. Big C readily adopts new technologies. It also have Healthy environment. I also like employee rehire policy.

Sorry to say this I have little dissatisfaction about salary, hikes.and working days.
