Everything depends on moods of directors, Signing of Offer letters, HR will promise to release your offer letter after joining but you have to literally ask 10 times or more and the response you get is "director sir is busy he will come and sign you offer letter". Salary increments depend on directors' mood</mark>. During appraisal timing "director sir" will be on a world tour. When you resign, they will plot against you and try as much as possible to stop your full and final settlement amount. Cunning people in specially accounts department will try everything possible to stop your last salary and dragging you to your limits. God promise am telling truth. Store is a jail. Morning 8:30 to 11:00 pm duty. RSM torcher. You must sell everything even customer not visit the Store. I completed my pg. I am 💯 perfect in knowledge. But No one will care you in this position. Even family will hates you. I worked in kondapur, Miyapur, Kukatpally, Ameerpet, balanagar, medchal, Bowepally, neredmet. Understand the struggle to move all these locations. Bledy f**g company it is. They torcher you if you raise the voice about salaries, promotions, increments, festivals, no family, no Saturday, no sundays... జీతం తక్కువ. if not complete targets. 16,500 is salary. Never get incentives . I promptly saying that.. some Big stores only get incentives like 8k to 10k. Remaining other stores never get expected incentives. I told you till now about manager. Now sales executive part.. The Biggest slave is executive position. 10,000 or 12,000 is the salary. Must open store sutter early, close lately. Must sell all the accessories, insurance, TV, sound bar, demos, etc. Insurance is the Biggest SCAM. Must leave family on festival times, some times open till 12 am midnight if any new product launch.
