...curity , i had accident my leg was ijjurid doctor told 1 month rest complsary . manager said resign your job imedetrly did not recive proper salary and F&F settelment also....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary 3 decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.🤗

...OF YOUR STAFF, RUFF TALK WITH ABUSE LANGUAGE. EVERY AUDIT YOU WILL GET SHORTAGE.THAT WILL DEDUCT FROM YOUR SALARY, DO NOT TRUST ESPECIALLY ON HR. FOR WEEK OFF YOU HAVE TO STRONG EXPERIENCE IN EXCUSE THEN YOU CAN TAKE. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU LEAVES BUT NEVER GET THOSE LEAVES. YOU WILL FOUND VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE OLDER AT BIBA .IF YOU SURVIVE IN BIBA YOU CAN SURVIVE EVERYWHERE. MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WAS WORST HORRIBLE & VERY VERY BAD.

...e is no on job training. can exist in the company with his past job experience . salary is good in BIBA in compare with other company but i will say career growth is not good.i was surprised what was the basis of appraisal.

I have worked in biba 5 & 1/2 year but it was unnoticed by the management while there is no on-job training. have tried to meet the businesses requirement every time got the success but it was not noticed by the management . its very painful where i was work of my full dedication & it was un-noticed by the management. the attrition in senior position in BIBA is very high apart from them have managed any how without seniors & meet the businesses requirement .work environment is not bad except some exceptional factor.as per my understanding its total lost of company when company does not care his old employee while they have invest from long time.its a great experience to work with BIBA & want to be a part of BIBA.
