...curity , i had accident my leg was ijjurid doctor told 1 month rest complsary . manager said resign your job imedetrly did not recive proper salary and F&F settelment also....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary 3 decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.🤗

FOR WEEK OFF YOU HAVE TO STRONG EXPERIENCE IN EXCUSE THEN YOU CAN TAKE. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU LEAVES BUT NEVER GET THOSE LEAVES. YOU WILL FOUND VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE OLDER AT BIBA .IF YOU SURVIVE IN BIBA YOU CAN SURVIVE EVERYWHERE. MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WAS WORST HORRIBLE & VERY VERY BAD.
