They feel like dying if employees ask for their own hard earned incentives and salary. They even hesitate to give offer letter to employee even after 6 months of work. They never issue pay-slip so, if you plan to see yourself in MNC's in future don't even join here. Work Life Balance is not even there. The biggest scam is that they do not have any office elsewhere except two in Bangalore.

No growth in career , no increments, salary will not be given. Worst company. No response will be given from hr team if we ask about salary. Please don't waste your career working with bhash. No proper support or service will be given to the customers. Completely self centric. Incentives will not be given. Rewards will not be given.only sale will be expected.

...to the customer , if u will working as bde , alwys getting a call of complains,. initially they will say before joiing that after completing of 3 month they will give 25K joining bonus , but they lie. this is not true , they divide this bonus in 3 parts nd will tell you that you will get form next month, and ask you to submit original markseet certificate .Accordin to My experience , company is doing fraud , with customer as well as employee.

Selling fake sms not giving salary to employees and after buying sms they are not giving proper user id and will not pick call if the customers is in trouble
