There is no work like balance my manager used to call me 11.30 pm or 12 am in night as he don't have family here.he like to assignee work to persons who's working hour and work done but still just to make that person late he assigned work at last moment.

Bharti AXA is brand and that is only the positive point over here....and remaining things such as job security, work culture, management, salary and company policies are pathetic over here.....job security over is 0% because bosses over here always says " door is open". Salary is too less as compare to other insurance...

Job security is bad. Salary will be hold for no reason and HR is worst in support. HR will not even update proper reason for salary hold. And no proper customer base. Bad business field credit.

Internal Politics, No recognition for hardwork, No co ordination, Manager shouting in front of everyone with no reason. Work atmosphere very poor, Colleagues not having knowledge and maturity levels. It's like a government office. For no reason manager told me to resign. Giving importance only to senior employees. No importance for Managerial position and down people think they are the boss and showing attitude. There are many but no more words to explain.

Environment Security Amazing Financial Stability after max 6 months and obviously if u r good in your work.

...t least 3 to 6 months to achieve a stable secure financial life and career. If u r searching a job hust to pay your own expenses and have yur money become independent and a good start to career then this is best one and then u should obviously join this company
