It was such a bad experience with Airtel as i was working on third party pay role there was lots of partiality between on role employee and off role employee no promotion no increment may be bharti Airtel would be no 1 brand in India but i am not happy with Airtel .

There is a lot of politics and managemt doesn't address our issue Salary but career growth is slow down. There is policy of retrun back 2 years it's not good

... and supportive role in senior,colleagues. it's better than to other experience.Salary and other expenses released on time.it's a good selection for career.i gain more learning during job which is helpful in my progressive career. It was a great time with Airtel. Good HR polices, Highly target oriented, Focus on revenue and market shares, Very competitive and stressful. Except pay scale,rest all good.

...is not so good to spend long time. Financial growth of the employee is very low. They offer very low package and almost deduct the 25 % of the employee salary.

We are learning in Airtel lots of things , because tecnology will change every time.

In Airtel call centre salery package was very low according to work , due to this customer executive not take there work seriously Mosley, and Airtel do very delay in all things like to solve the customer issue.
