The Company is 100% owned by the government and offer solutions to all the telecommunications need viz., Landline, Mobile 3G and 4G service, Landline broadband, Fibre to the home and leased line services. The Company has a pan India presence keeping in view that MTNL is now a subsidiary of BSNL. The Company is in the process of deploying 4G network on pan India basis. Working conditions are good. It is a multi disciplinary organisation. Besides Telecom Engineers, it has Civil Engineers and Electrical Engineers working in it in unison with Telecom Engineers. It offers good work life balance and a good learning environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but there is less reward for good performance. Career progression is moderate. Services need to be improved to meet customers expectation.

There is so many terrible situations. No one can do here. Our senior like TTA, JTO, SD treats very badly because we are private employees, there is safety for our job any one take me position and our also. I am always afraid that what happens when i do so mistakes,

...system to bad, and we are private to so any one of our senior can get out us.. There no any growth, safety and future,also our salary not come in time. We wait to 2-3 months. 😥😥😥😡😡😡😪😪😖😖😫😫and i got 21000. But i still saying that there no gain, no knowledge, it is , headache job... Tension full also.

I Fill very well because all staff member good behave with me and help to solve querry any time any work related . This the my first job and i am really very happy to work there and i got some knowledge about Simcard.

Some people work there they said the work in the calling agent but not groww salary so this is the one of the reason to give i only 1 star rating.

Drastic positive change in work culture after VRS in 2020. Majority employees trying their best under given constraints.

...e to the customer, company starving for funds effecting day to day maintenance . No pay rivision, poor promotion prospects.
