No work life balance, they expect you to work on every weekends and also during your holidays. Bad culture...no decision taking power given and that makes the whole process very slow HR is pathetic, not employee friendly at all.

Since it is a small organization, you will know all the employees. You can interact with all departments.

Dislikes

No work culture. Severe interference of other department's people in your work. Unnecessary policies. No scope to learn new technologies. No work process. No time management. No appraisals for doing good in a project even when the customer is happy. No proper projects. Works only on POCs. Non experienced seniors.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
