Obviously you'll be getting a handsome amount of salary, Travel & daily hotel allowances etc at perfect time. No delay. Chances of getting laid off is negligible, if you don't commit any financial misappropriation or POSH cases.

You won't have any work life balance here. Those long conference calls will haunt you till death. Incentives structure is very poor at supervisory levels. Excessive travel & field work for higher managers also.

I entered in the field of banking or finance through BHARAT FINANCIAL INCLUSION LIMITED. I'VE learnt so many things here not only how to work in banking sector but also how to work on grounds, how to make chances into opportunities, how to make deals with people in the market. I loved so many things here but 1 thing in my top list is the training conducted by training department time to time so that employee can work better in field. HR were so helpful in every situation.

...e after. So me, to be very honest dislikes the collection issues in the field. BM and CM were forcing to complete the collection either from the customer or staff to pay from our pocket for the customer I even don't know 😂 and I paid here so much. So much politics on branch level . No work life balance. In the above star ⭐ rating, work life balance deserves 0 star. Branch timing was @7.30 morning, that was the other thing I hated the most because we got free from the branch sometimes 10pm 0r 11pm.

Dislikes

No peace of mind, no work life balance, no fixed working hours, a lot of useless meetings which frustrates you, During your leaves, you will feel as if you are doing work from home. You have to do a lot travelling in rural areas. Not much skill development. Now a days a lot of pressure for targets and collections.
