1. Initially they promise one thing, as you join, they change, as you get adopted to it, they will reduce salary!! 2. Unreliable and they loot customers with the face of trainers. 3. They make you work for 12 hours and cut the salary for silly reasons. 4. Worst experience of working. 5. Many parents scolds Founder for false promises directly in the class. 6. Outdated syllabus and bad story narratives.

Dislikes

...come up with excuse that even if you are liable for it, we cannot compensate it. I am highly disappointed by their dealing of salary for teachers. They deduct a lot of amount from your salary unnecessarily once you leave the company.

...w to take advantage of their employees and not pay them the amount they deserve. They will give you a calculation and tell you this will be the salary but will cut a huge chunk of amount when the salary is to be arrived. They will say it is a mistake but they are doing it intentionally just to make their employees resign as they are bankrupt.

... jab tum join kro ge training m tab ye 4th 5th ke bachche padhane ko de denge Mere saath kya kiya in logon ne ki maine 10 august ko join kiya toh 6 tareekh tak jaan bujh kar meri training kheenchi fir jab maine kaha ki salary do tab kah diya ki payroll cycle khatam ho gyi h 31 ko 5 tak sabki salary dedi ab tumhari iss mahine ki aur agle mahine ki 5 oct tak mil jaegi ab ek aur baat mujhe hire kiya tha in logon ne 4lpa par lekin 20 din baad ek meet karte hain aur usme kahte hain ki ab variable pay ho gya h aur uss variable pay m chhutti wale din kuchh nhi milega aur kheench taan krke 15 se 18 hazar tak hi kama paoge ye sach h baaki in logon ne upskilling bhi krai uska paisa maar liya Ab 5 oct aate hi sab bole ki end of the day tak salary milegi uss din nhi aayi fir sab bole ki 7 ko aaegi uss din bhi nhi aayi jabki tum poore din intezar karte rahe aur ek baat aur tum sirf inse slack par contact kar sakte ho call nhi call ye karenge sirf landline se jispe tum call nhi kar sakte ab aage ki baat suno 7 october ko bolte hain ki 9 ko milegi aur fir ek dusre par taalte hain ki isse puchh lo aur usse puchh lo fir 10 tareekh ko kahin jaakar salary di jisme upskilling ka bahut saara amount nhi diya Ek baat aur ye koi bhanu ke jaye tareeke nhi hain maths ko lekar ye sab vedic maths baaki tum join kro ge toh poore din tumko lga kar rakhenge 6 ghante ki bol kar Thankyou

- Lovely kids - wfh - no work outside the working hours

- Management is poor - no appraisal - no promotion - variable pay structure - salary is less according to hardwork trainer put in - only single day week off - trainer are service provider
