...come up with excuse that even if you are liable for it, we cannot compensate it. I am highly disappointed by their dealing of salary for teachers. They deduct a lot of amount from your salary unnecessarily once you leave the company.

...w to take advantage of their employees and not pay them the amount they deserve. They will give you a calculation and tell you this will be the salary but will cut a huge chunk of amount when the salary is to be arrived. They will say it is a mistake but they are doing it intentionally just to make their employees resign as they are bankrupt.

- Management is poor - no appraisal - no promotion - variable pay structure - salary is less according to hardwork trainer put in - only single day week off - trainer are service provider
