There is nothing to like about the company.

.... They show you starbursts in the beginning, right after training things change. They will provide chum change in exchange for a salary if you fail your OJT. This is not conveyed by the HR in the beginning. They have no procedures for anything regarding with the HR. No support from the training team. No support from the quality team. There are no audits or further support that can be provided for the improvement of advisors. Everything is very fake. No work life balance. They make you work for 12hrs to 14hrs straight for weeks without providing any weekly offs. They don’t even let you take breaks during working hours. Only meetings in morning shifts, day ends without any positive conversations. Micromanagement is pathetic. No support from managers, TL’s are more like jailers who only can see through numbers. They ask to avoid any funerals but to work on the same day. TL’s are not supportive at all. Not qualified for a role of an advisor. No work strategies. TL’s are gender biased. This is the worst company to work with.

...Bhanzu is a really great experience.The team and the manager all are supportive.The salary hikes and the promotions are their on time.So working in Bhanzu from past 14months and having good experience.

The fraud company. At first HR will hire a scapegoat with a lucrative salary. After few days of training comes their real face. Theyll say if you don't clear mock call you'll get 5k & terminated, after mock call during OJT they'll set an unrealistic target to achieve with 2 year old leads. If you're unable to after 20 days of working you'll be paid 10k & terminated.. Chances of getting this amount is less than 1℅ So guys don't fall for this corporate scam.. Be aware this company needs to be shut down.

...their own clients as well No regards to female employees comfort or even safety They practice forceful resignation because they dont want to pay any severance, hence keep extending the probation period, due to poor enviornment and chances to shut down they keep hiring people with lower level of experience, inorder to save money they compromise on quality. HR is least bothered to control the havocs they will infact put you in layoff que if you try raise your voice. Would not recommend it to anyone. Its a duped case

...realised the way they are looting the customers, soon this company will be shut. Their salary is never on time, there is always a delay of 20-25 days and when you complain, they say its a startup ..kindly understand and even the founders are 23-24 years of age and there is no decision panel, to them its a part time job.. so dont get tempt by work from home..as its a disaster
