The only liking about Bhanzu is getting salary in first week. Except that there's nothing.

No work life balance. Culture is designed and structured only for management feasibility, no comfort or understanding for employees.

THAT WE GET THE SALRY ON TIME. Salary does not get delayed. At least we have something to get up to something.

Pip is every month. Even after doing above 3 lakhs and 2.5 lakhs, we get the pip with some excuses.

...m team. They attribute it to Bhanu! They plagiarizes the work of others too! 5. Salary is not fixed but keeps changing just like Tuglaq dynasty. 6. One of the funniest thing is upskilling programme which has no use ( you have to keep on getting upskill for UKG classes which has not help to you outside of this company nor in this company! ...ff in a month after that every class you are absent they penalize 500 rupees ...so if you are not working for 2 day with 6hr work day you are paying 3500 out of your salary on top of not receiving the salary for that period...no emergency leave or bereavement or medical leave allowed without penalty
