The only liking about Bhanzu is getting salary in first week. Except that there's nothing.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Culture is designed and structured only for management feasibility, no comfort or understanding for employees.

...come up with excuse that even if you are liable for it, we cannot compensate it. I am highly disappointed by their dealing of salary for teachers. They deduct a lot of amount from your salary unnecessarily once you leave the company.

...w to take advantage of their employees and not pay them the amount they deserve. They will give you a calculation and tell you this will be the salary but will cut a huge chunk of amount when the salary is to be arrived. They will say it is a mistake but they are doing it intentionally just to make their employees resign as they are bankrupt.

1. Initially they promise one thing, as you join, they change, as you get adopted to it, they will reduce salary!! 2. Unreliable and they loot customers with the face of trainers. 3. They make you work for 12 hours and cut the salary for silly reasons. 4. Worst experience of working. 5. Many parents scolds Founder for false promises directly in the class. 6. Outdated syllabus and bad story narratives.

At Bhanzu, I like the timely salary disbursement, opportunities for skill development, and the presence of helpful team leaders.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about Bhanzu is having to work in a demanding workplace for 10–11 hours every day with only an hour break. This makes the working hours somewhat long, and there are no annual raises or benefits offered.
