...richer day by day. They don't have any time for think about employees wellbeing. Salary structure is very poor.. there are some employees who are working here like 15-20 years and still get 30K to 35K.

No fixed salary date in Bhagwati foods pvt Ltd, no work life balance is there, totally unorganised, Hr team is useless and worthless, doesn't give value to their employees and employer's behaviour is very bad, don't know how to give respect to the employees...it would be the last option for someone to join that company!!! Terrible experience ever! No work culture they have... very very dissatisfied experience. Most important salary structure is very bad and no growth will be there... nobody should join this company until they have no other options.

Good company but......its highly recommended for girls not for boyz u know wht i mean if u dont know....go and join this company and history will tells u why i'm saying this...

I love the opportunity to work with the company because it's a CP of Britannia industries.so I am indirectly join with Britannia industries quality assurance department..

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a party of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base as a result . we work happily in collaboration and I also like empolyee re hire policy.
