No job security , work culture and atmosphere is very toxic , management is not mature , company policies are procedures keep changing everyday. If any new joinee tries to correct it then he/she gets terminated .

Dislikes

They didn’t help employees during pandemics (corona). In fact they deducted and reduced salary of every single employee for permanent. Worst of all is managerial positions are occupied by niece’s and her husband and they ruined it completely . 80% of the employees never reviews the visa .

Lacking in professionalism, too much promising , no process or performance or development , just an annoying management

Dislikes

Threatening employees , not paying the incentives after promising , reduced the salary permanently by 50% of all the new joined employees in COVID-19 , those who didn’t accept the reductions has been terminated
