The boss do not continuously give attention to the work but for some meeting day comes and sit on the heads of project engineers for all meeting details required.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and this company is work in 14-18 hours

The company has executed & delivered good Quality structures within the stipulated / agreed Time schedule at Gurgaon , Mohali , Indore & Nagpur which goes to show that the Team is commited to the interest of the Customer. The work force is from all backgrounds which helps in a secular working atmoshphere

Compensation are Good though the pressures keep ones on Toes leading. The talent recognition needs to be furthered by the Management. The management is not liberal with Appreciating the individual work

Bestech is a good company for fresher to develop their skills. I think they have the best cooperative and supporting staff, you never feel that you are as a fresher. you have the best workplace to develop your skill.
