Compensation are Good though the pressures keep ones on Toes leading. The talent recognition needs to be furthered by the Management. The management is not liberal with Appreciating the individual work

The work as HOD HR was challenging encompassing all aspects of HR Profile where we had to set Benchmarks which were not set in motion earlier specially the MIS . Hoping that the Management recalls the good things that have been set rolling in the Org
