Nothing to mention about, just that the salary comes on time. Other than that if you're really very good at sales then only join this company as you would easily earn more than the salary itself. If you're not good and struggling to sale in the first year itself just quit and find a new job as the role is pure sales driven.

Everything as I didn't like the sales part of the job. They hire their management trainees by saying that facets marketing would be involved which intrigues any MBA graduate but in reality, it's pure ground sales. To be honest they don't even require an MBA degree for the role as the role itself is for someone who has just completed their higher secondary. You won't learn anything in fact if you're MBA you'll waste your degree by working as SSO.

I have worked almost 1.5 year there in Varanasi depot, salary and incentive part was Great... Support from manager and team specially anubhav Sir, ABHAY sir and Vishal Sir.... They are a great mentor....

Wrong people at wrong place 7. Potential candidates never get chance without buttering

Even RMs and GMs think themselves like self declare god" Appraisal- Joking this is not even a thing in burger paints Salary- "kaam raat bhar or salary jh&&&t bhar HR- "Thier role is only in onboarding and Seperation. Rest of the year they are busy in making rangolis"

Abuse words used by Higher Management, Manager. Worst Top Management and Manager, narrow minded attitudes , No Bonus, No Insensitive as because very high target set which is not achievable and many clause, non Management are the labour and no facilities only high target is set and higher authority enjoy international tour giving high pressure sale to lower employee or you can say servant.
