Nothing to mention about, just that the salary comes on time. Other than that if you're really very good at sales then only join this company as you would easily earn more than the salary itself. If you're not good and struggling to sale in the first year itself just quit and find a new job as the role is pure sales driven.

Everything as I didn't like the sales part of the job. They hire their management trainees by saying that facets marketing would be involved which intrigues any MBA graduate but in reality, it's pure ground sales. To be honest they don't even require an MBA degree for the role as the role itself is for someone who has just completedtheir higher secondary.
