Incentive policy is the worst structure. There is no exact time bound when it will get paid eventhough you qualify. U need to be working in the company at the time of incentive disbursement. A tricky policy of the company to save amount. Employee must complete his probation to earn the incentive. If u didn't get confirmation by the time of incentive disbursement u will get 0 amount. Here u will be having a new concept called "Banked concept". Any employee in his career field woudnt come across this type of concept. 10-15% of your incentive earnings will be kept as banked(u will not get this for sure. Will say as staff welfare fund). You will not have any Employee Engagement Programs to refresh. Anyone who wants to retire can join this company. But don't expect any growth. Company wants double digit growth from an employee every year and in return u won't get any increment as you desired or expected....Read More

No career progression & salary increment will be 6k to 12k per year. Very worst company i had seen in my experience. Lot of politics.

Work Details

Work life balance is poor. We need to work till 10pm to 12pm. Mostly on scheme closure days it will be till 12 in the midnight. Stay facility is the worst policy. It doesn't meet the local standards in terms of overnight stay. The claim is very low.
