Managers take credit of officers who have done good or snatch that away (Depending upon the person to person) 5. All fault of Sales officers even if the wrong policies & mismanagement 6. Wrong people at wrong place 7. Potential candidates never get chance without buttering

... midnight. Even the top management is blind.. Least in terms of professionalism. Even RMs and GMs think themselves like self declare god" Appraisal- Joking this is not even a thing in burger paints Salary- "kaam raat bhar or salary jh&&&t bhar HR- "Thier role is only in onboarding and Seperation. Rest of the year they are busy in making rangolis"

...ll your targets...u have to sit on most of the Sundays and till 12 at night....company doesn't pay as they show you in ctc....very pathetic work experience and work culture

Salary is average as compared to industry standards.

Everything here is a disadvantage. No work life balance. Mon- Sat on general days and even Sunday is a working day on closing. And here closing is every month. Sometimes twice a month. Too much travelling for small work. No office gatherings or party, General manager and other higher level manager behave rudely and no women employees. Way too much toxic culture. And reimbursements takes days sometimes weeks. I will suggest if you get a job which pays 10k a month less for a 5 days work. Better go for it.
