Abuse words used by Higher Management, Manager. Worst Top Management and Manager, narrow minded attitudes , No Bonus, No Insensitive as because very high target set which is not achievable and many clause, non Management are the labour and no facilities only high target is set and higher authority enjoy international tour giving high pressure sale to lower employee or you can say servant.

...orking with this company for a year and I had a terrible experience with this 1) Less salary and a lot of work 2) not relese expenses 3) very bad management 4) fasle promises make to the employees 5) they only need sales but not provide support that help to do sales 6) very bad experience working with this organisation.

Nothing.Berger paints steals employee's money as they will reduce your basic salary and PF and what they offer at the joining after one year you will get to know that non management position people of HO are not given incentive and they won't give you an opportunity for growth. After one year you will learn that your package at the joining was not increased and company has developed a ego culture among management team.

Dislikes

Some sales team members didn't get their annual incentive despite achieving their annual sales budget..your reporting will be changed without having discussion with your reporting manager and they won't let you know about it..you will get transferred to other regions without having discussion with you. Sometimes they won't reimburse your market allowance what you already paid from your pocket for market visit. After one year you will get to know your package has been reduced by 3 lakh as you didn't get your annual incentive.

HR & Sales Worst Department in Company. No one Can Given Single Reply. Either You Takes Help From HR or Your Boss. Only Time Pass Company. Sorry to Say But One Of The Bad Experience in My Career.

Company policy, Management is very good. Teammates are supportive. If you are in good lobby, you will get good hike also.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow, as its an old organization. Salary and hike is like tortoise.
