Incentive policy is the worst structure. There is no exact time bound when it will get paid eventhough u qualify. U need to be working in the company at the time of incentive disbursement. A tricky policy of the company to save employee hard earned amount. Employee must complete his probation to earn the invective amount. If u doesn't get the confirmation by the time of incentive disbursement u will get zero amount eventhough u qualify. Here u will be having a New Concept called "Banked Concept". Any employee in his career field will not come across this type of Concept. 10-15% of your incentive earnings will be kept as banked(U will not get this for sure. Will say as staff welfare fund). You will not have any employee engagement programs to refresh. Only company wants sales figure. Any one who wants to retire can join this company. But don't expect any growth. But company wants 2 digits growth from an employee every year and in return u won't get any increments as you deserve or expected. If you didn't give any growth, u will not get any increment. Increments for maximum employees will range from 200/- to 700/- per month. Company will compare your performance with the competitor according to their required parameters. But company will not compare the employee benefits with the competition, as it is need to be paid from the pockets or profits of the company. Your CTC bracket includes Mobile Bill & Local conveyance depending on your designation and u will get only on meeting the qualification criteria. Company PF Account is TRUST. As per the Govt Regulations TRUST based Organisation should maintain an online portal for its employees to withdraw the PF Balance. This company doesn't maintain that and insists you to submit the physical documents to encash PF which is not required as per the Govt Norms.

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.
