No work culture, Boss don't know how to treat with juniors, they will comment on your personal life, No leave even if you are ill. Boss will come at your residence and will ask you to start billing. You will be treated as a slave of your manager. Do not even think of joining. Even national heads are fools here. Please mind my words and don't even recommend your enemies to join this group specialy industrial coating division. Decorative devision is nice.

I have worked almost 1.5 year there in Varanasi depot, salary and incentive part was Great... Support from manager and team specially anubhav Sir, ABHAY sir and Vishal Sir.... They are a great mentor....

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.

Dislikes

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
